SUNSERVA · SERVICE & AMC

Terms of Service

Version 1.0 · Effective 29 September 2026

1. About the Service

SunServa Service & AMC is a business-to-business software-as-a-service product for solar EPC, O&M and service companies. It supports customer and solar-plant records, AMC management, complaints and service tickets, technician and visit workflows, service history, documents, reports and related business operations.

2. Business accounts and authorized users

The EPC company is SunServa's business customer and is responsible for its account, authorized users, accurate account information and appropriate access controls. The person accepting these Terms confirms that they are authorized to act for the organization. Account credentials must be protected and must not be used to obtain unauthorized access.

3. Trial, plans and billing

Service & AMC may be offered with a 7-day trial. Commercial plans currently include Starter, Growth and Enterprise, with Monthly, 6 Months and Yearly billing options where offered. Plans may include plant and user limits. Enterprise terms and limits may be agreed separately. Subscriptions may currently be activated manually after payment or commercial confirmation. Fees, applicable taxes, payment due dates and renewal details should be confirmed in the applicable order, invoice or written commercial communication.

4. Expiry and cancellation

Access may be limited after a trial or paid subscription expires. Cancellation and refund treatment is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any specific written commercial terms agreed with the customer. SunServa does not delete EPC business data merely because a plan limit is reached.

5. EPC and end-customer data

The EPC company retains its rights in the business and customer data it submits to SunServa. SunServa does not claim ownership of that data. The EPC company is responsible for having the authority or other lawful basis needed to enter and use information relating to its customers, plants, technicians and service activities. The EPC company authorizes SunServa to host, process, transmit, secure, maintain and support hosted data as reasonably necessary to provide the contracted service and comply with applicable law.

6. Acceptable use and security

Use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Customers must use reasonable safeguards for accounts and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. No online service can promise absolute security; SunServa uses technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service and continues to improve them.

7. Confidentiality

Each party should protect non-public business information received from the other and use it only for the service relationship, except where disclosure is authorized or required by law.

8. Availability and maintenance

SunServa aims to provide a reliable service but does not promise uninterrupted or 100% uptime. Maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure incidents and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

9. Suspension and termination

SunServa may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful or abusive use, material breach, non-payment or protection of the service or other tenants. Where practicable, SunServa will seek to provide appropriate notice. Termination does not transfer ownership of EPC data to SunServa.

10. Intellectual property

SunServa and its licensors retain rights in the software, product design, documentation and other SunServa materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the SunServa platform to the customer.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is a business operations tool and does not replace the EPC company's professional, technical, safety, legal, tax or regulatory judgment. Any warranty exclusions or limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and should be read together with the applicable commercial agreement.

12. Changes

SunServa may update the service and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service or business channel, and renewed acceptance may be requested when appropriate.

13. Governing law and disputes

Owner/legal review required before commercial publication: the governing-law, jurisdiction and dispute-resolution mechanism must be finalized for SunServa's legal/business entity and customer contracts. Until finalized, no registered entity, office or jurisdiction is represented on this page.
