Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to use of SunServa Service & AMC by EPC companies and their authorized users.

Do not misuse the service

• Do not access or attempt to access accounts, systems or another tenant's information without authorization.
• Do not use SunServa for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or malicious activity.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious or prohibited content.
• Do not introduce malware, probe vulnerabilities without authorization, disrupt the service or interfere with other tenants.
• Do not share credentials in a manner prohibited by your organization's access rules or impersonate another user.
• Do not bypass or attempt to bypass subscription limits, authorization, tenant isolation, security controls or rate limits.
• Do not use automated activity that materially harms the service or other customers.

Enforcement

SunServa may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service or comply with law. Questions can be sent to sunserva@gmail.com.
